Abstract

Penelitian tindakan kelas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kualitas proses dan hasil belajar mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Listrik Magnet. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP Universitas Mataram semester Gasal Tahun Akademik 2015/2016 yang memprogram matakuliah Listrik Magnet sebanyak 26 orang. Sedangkan sebagai obyeknya adalah aktivitas belajar mahasiswadan hasil belajar mahasiswa. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam 3 siklus, yang dalam setiap siklus terdiri atas tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, observasi dan evaluasi, serta refleksi.  Hasil penelitian ini hasil belajar  mahasiswa untuk tiap siklus jumlah mahasiswa yang telah mencapai nilai ³ 65  masing-masing untuk siklus I 54 %, siklus II 69%, dan siklus III 84 %. Jadi dari hasil ini menunjukkan penggunaan metode latihan berstrukutur dan belajar kooperatif dapat meningkatkan penguasaan konsep Listrik Magnet mahasiswa program studi Pendidikan Fisika FKIP UNRAM

Abstract

Based on the observation do in MTS Laboratorium Kota Jambi, many of the content of physics learning should be taught with practical or use of instructional media done not because many of factors. It is because of practical limitations of the tools or  no advanced media available . It  would not be allowed , its solution must be sought in order to study physics can be do  accordance with the curriculum indicator. This research offers a solution with collaborative learning based on lesson study using model guided inqury. Lesson study do in MTS Laboratorium Kota Jambi increased from 90 % to 100 % in the first cycle and 66.67 % completing  in the second cycle

Abstract

Discovery learning is a way of teaching that gives students the knowledge to construct a concept discovered through an experiment. The implementation of the experiment will be more effectively done by utilizing the media realized in computer technology, one of which uses virtual laboratory. This study aims to improve students' mastery of concepts of physics discovery aided by the application of learning virtual lab. The results showed that the increase in student mastery of concepts taught Using discovery learning assisted higher laboratoium more than the students who are not being treated. Mastery of concepts in each sub-material has increased significantly, except in the concept of electrical measuring instrument control group is superior to 1% compared to the experimental group.

Abstract

This research is aimed to know the difference between physics learning result through numbered heads together type cooperative learning model helped by question card and physics learning result through direct instruction learning model at SMAN 7 Mataram on academic year of 2015/2016. This research was an experimental study with pretest posttest control group design. The population in this research was all the students of XI IPA SMAN 7 Mataram. Based on sampling process using cluster random sampling tehnique, XI IPA 7 was choosen as the experiment A class and XI IPA 6 was choosen as the experiment B class. The result of the test analized using t-test polled varians showed that tcount was 5,98 and ttable was 1,99 in the significant level of 5 % with the degree of freedom (df) of 61. Since tcount > ttable, Ho was rejected and Ha was accepted. It can be concluded that there were a difference between physics learning result through numbered heads together type cooperative learning model helped by question card and physics learning result through direct instruction learning model at SMAN 7 Mataram on academic year of 2015/2016

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the problem based learning with cognitive conflict strategy towards mastery of concepts and critical thinking skills physics class XIth at SMKN 1 Lingsar academic year 2015/2016. Mastery of concepts measured on the cognitive domain of C1 through C6 (knowledge, comprehension, application, analysis, evaluation and creation) and critical thinking skills measured by indicators of critical thinking. Type of research is a quasi-experimental research design pretest-posttest control group design. Sampling using random cluster sampling. Classroom study is a class XI TI  as an experimental class with 36 people and the number of students in class XI TI 2 as the control class with the number of students 36 people. The data will be analyzed using one way MANOVA.. The results showed that the model of problem-based learning with cognitive conflict strategiy affect the mastery of concepts and critical thinking skills physics class X SMKN 1 Lingsar.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan buku ajar Fisika Dasar I yang berbasis self regulated learning yang dapat memotivasi mahasiswa di dalam belajar mandiri. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Development and Research dengan mengadopsi tahapan model pengembangan 4D yaitu  Define (pendefinisian), Design (perancangan),  Develop (pengembangan) dan disseminate (penyebarluasan). Tahap Define dilakukan untuk menentukan karakteristik produk buku ajar yang dikembangkan melalui studi pendahuluan. Pemilihan format pembuatan buku ajar dilakukan pada tahap Design untuk menghasilkan draft I. Tahap Develop dilakukan untuk menghasilkan draft II, draft III, dan produk akhir dari buku ajar yang dikembangkan. Draft II diperoleh melalui hasil revisi validasi ahli yang direkomendasikan. Draft III merupakan hasil yang diperoleh dari uji kelompok kecil diambil secara random. Produk akhir pengembangan diperoleh dari hasil uji lapangan pada mahasiswa yang sedang menempuh mata kuliah Fisika Dasar I. Hasil validasi buku ajar serta perangkat pendukungnya menunjukkan kriteria “sangat layak” untuk digunakan serta dapat memotivasi belajar mahasiswa secara mandiri

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian quasi eksperimen dengan desain non-equivalent control grup design. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling. Populasi penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas X MIA MAN 2 Praya. Sampel penelitian diperoleh siswa kelas X MIA-1 sebagai kelas eksperimen dan siswa kelas X MIA-2 sebagai kelas kontrol. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan uji-t polled varians dengan taraf signifikan 5%, dan diperoleh hasil thitung =2,54  dan ttabel = 2,02. Oleh karena thitung >ttabel, maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa model direct instruction berbantuan simulasi virtual berpengaruh terhadap penguasaan konsep fisika siswa

Abstract

This study is aimed todetermine the effect of  guided-inqury learning model combined with the experimental method on physics learning outcomes grade XI IPA in  SMAN 2 Mataram of academic year 2016/2017. This is quasi-experimental research with pretest and posttest control group design. The population is all students grade XI IPA in SMAN 2 Mataram and the sample is student class XI IPA-7 as the experimental group and class XI IPA-9 as the control one which is selected by purposive sampling. The data of physics outcomes learning is collected by using multiple-choice test. Average value obtained in experimental class is 77.00, while in control is 65.65. The highest N-gain value is in sub material elasticity properties of material, it is 51% in control  and 88% in experimental. Statistical used is t-test polled variance at significant level of 5% and the result obtained tcountis 6,27. This value is greater than ttable (ttable=1.993). It means that there is an influence of guided-inquiry learning model combined with the experimental method on physics learning outcomes grade XI IPA in SMAN 2 Mataram.
